What's in it?
A monthly feed of ideas and techniques that you can use immediately. I know that you are committed to excellence as well as being sensitive to the softer, emotional issues that affect team performance and individual wellbeing. So I think you'll be interested in learning more about this whole, neglected area. Frankly, I want to keep in touch with you in the hope of one day being able to help you. But I also want to raise awareness of the tools, techniques and approaches that I have been fortunate enough to find. I believe that so many people are stressed, depressed or just unhappy in their working lives ... and they don't need to be! Why the name?
"Change Work" is the term we use to describe the coaching process. The change occurs in an individual's outlook and feelings. These determine their capabilities. The name also suggests changing the way we approach work so it's a very appropriate title for my newsletter.
