I use the techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, added to my experience of 28 years in R&D management, to help people to achieve what they thought was impossible for them.

Management's tendency to focus on the task was reasonably effective in controlling the work but was not effective in motivating and inspiring the people. My approach goes beyond conventional training that focuses on "what" to do. I unpick the internal thinking patterns that constitute how you do it. Usually, even an expert themselves can't articulate these patterns; they are unconscious. I have techniques to unravel all of this and transfer it to others.
